Adam Sandler Pays Tribute To His Co-Star Cameron Boyce
Sandler paid tribute at the end of the Halloween comedy to Boyce. He had epilepsy and died after having a seizure in his sleep on July 6, 2019. He was twenty.
An image of the late actor appears on the screen about halfway through the credits at the end of the film. There was a touching message about the young star.
“In loving memory of Cameron Boyce,” the tribute reads.
“Gone way too soon and one of the kindest, coolest, funniest, and most talented kids we knew.” You live on forever in our hearts and are truly missed every day.”
Boyce was best known for his roles in Jessie. Descendants of the Disney Channel. He appeared in Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2 as Sandler’s son Keithie.
Hubie Halloween also features many costars, including Maya Rudolph, Kevin James, Steve Buscemi. Rob Schneider, from Boyce’s Grown Ups.
In his heartfelt homage following Boyce’s death in 2019, Sandler, 54, expressed similar sentiments.
“Too young,sweet Too funny. Just the nicest, most talented, and most decent kid around. Loved that kid,” Sandler wrote on Instagram of Boyce.
Boyce was born on May 28, 1999; He was found unresponsive in his residence on 8th July 2019. At the scene, he was pronounced dead at 2:35 p.m. The Medical Examiner-Coroner ‘s Department of Los Angeles County determined the cause of death- “sudden unexpected death in epilepsy.”
