Netflix has gone ready above and beyond in providing its subscribers with a lot of genuinely fantastic content. Though the show might have some of its flaws, Netflix decided to bring After Life Season 2.
After Life Season 2: The Fillers
Ricky Gervais is the main character of this show, who is also a journalist. This entire series is a dark comedy. Even though it deals with death and bizarre cope up mechanism, it has been successful in delivering emotions.
To face death is a terrible thing. We all must have faced it at some point in our lives. What do you think will occur next? Will Tony continue to punish the world? How is this superpower going to turn out? Most likely, his character will not change, but he might grow softer.
Gervais has been promising in informing us of every single detail. The huge Fanbase feels as if they are going through the process, too ( at least witnessing ). They started filming around September last year as the script was ready by March-end. All this was put up by Gervais in his tweets.
Ricky Gervais has to return, obviously and will be back with a LOT of familiar faces (except for Julian, who probably won’t be returning).
- Kerry Godliman – Lisa
- David Bradley – Tony’s father
- Ashley Jensen – Tony’s father’s nurse
- Roisin Conaty – Daphne
- Diane Morgan – Tony’s colleague
- Mandeep Dhillon – trainee journalist
- Tom Basden – Matt
- Penelope Wilton – Anne
- Paul Kaye
When Will It Release?
The first one came out just a year ago and took the viewers by a storm. It is a proper appreciation show, and people from all age groups find it amusing. Therefore, why not bring up another season?
The official account posted some great pictures over Twitter and informed us that After Life Season 2 is happening. They were excited enough to let us know that the dog will be back! How cool is that? Are you thrilled? You must be.
Keep checking for updates as 24th April marks the official release, announced Netflix UK and Ireland.
