Tish Cyrus, born Leticia Jean Finley, according to her IMDB page, is best known as the wife of Billy Ray Cyrus and mother of singer and actress Miley Cyrus. Tish and Billy welcomed Miley in November 1992, and they got married on December 28, 1993. They later expanded their family with the birth of Braison in 1994 and Noah in 2000.
Although before she married a famous American singer-songwriter, Billy Ray Cyrus, she was married to her first husband, Baxter Helson. She has two children together with him, Trace and Brandi.
After Tish got married to her second husband, Cyrus, he adopted her kids.
Like all marriages, even their’s one experienced ups and downs. The famous parents have filed for divorce not once but twice, then changed their minds. Their first filling came in 2010 but was dismissed later. The second fillings were dismissed in 2017.

Miley’s mom was her manager from a really young age; as all know, Miley used to perform alongside father, Billy Ray Cyrus. And when Miley was starred in the famous show Hannah Montana in 2007. Since then, she’s managing Miley and now manages her younger daughter Noah.
Not just managing her two daughters career, who is now focused on music, she even produced some of Miley’s films, including Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour, LOL, So Undercover, and The Last Song.
She shared some insights working with her elder daughter Miley; she said, “There were times where we would be on tour, and I’d have to ground Miley. She’d be like, ‘You’re fired!’ And I’m like, ‘You’re not 18!’ It was a whole thing.”
