Check Out: MCU Fans Have To Wait For A Little Longer For The New Marvel’s Black Widow Movie: After 2019, Avengers Endgame and Spider-man: Far From Home, all marvel fans are anxiously waiting for Black Widow.Β

As all Marvel Cinematic Universe aka MCU fans know, Black Widow will open Phase 4 of the ancient timeline.Β

But sadly, the release of Black Widow is delayed again and will be released in theatres in May 2021. As Chandler Bing from F.R.I.E.N.D.S. would say: “Could 2020 be any sadder.”Β

Marvel’s Black Widow originally was going to be the first big Marvel project of 2020.

Eternals, the sci-fi ensemble, was initially scheduled for November 2020 and will now be released next year in November.Β  Due to the ongoing pandemic release date for bothΒ Black WidowΒ andΒ EternalsΒ have changed.Β

On Wednesday, Disney postponed its entire slate of upcoming feature films, including Marvel release.Β

After the finale of 2019’s Avengers: Endgame,Β Black Widow is a kick start to Marvel movies’ new era.Β

In the new Phase 4,Β Shang-Chi,Β which was initially going to open afterΒ Black Widow andΒ Eternals,Β will open between them.Β

It has happened more because of this coronavirus pandemic, the United States has crossed 200,000 deaths this week, and no one can afford a theatre release during such times. So, unfortunately, fans have to wait for next year to witness the phase 4 movie.

Although, the bright spot isΒ WandaVision, a Disney+ show set in Marvel’s cinematic universe will premiere this year.Β

This year was the first gap year since 2009 when there was a gap betweenΒ The Incredible HulkΒ andΒ Iron Man 2.Β Β

Black Widow is now going to open in theatres on May 7, 2021.
