Creed 3: What We Know As Of Now!

Rocky Balboa has always been a trendy household name for Hollywood Movie lovers. Sylvester Stallone(Rocky, Rambo, The Expendables) as Rocky Balboa has been loved immensely by fans in both the RockyΒ andΒ CreedΒ franchises.

When the news broke that the 2020 recipient of People Magazine’s choice for the β€œSexiest Man Alive” Michael B Jordan is considering directing the third part of the Creed series, the buzz was real. Ryan Coogler(dir. Black Panther) was the writer-director for Creed 2.Β  The lead actor will also reprise his role as Adonis Creed in the new project by MGM Studios. The movie will continue the story of Adonis, son of the late boxer Apollo Creed, who was played by Carl Weathers opposite Sylvester Stallone in the first instalment. Zach Baylin is going to the writer for the upcoming movie.


Creed: Will Sylvester Stallone Be A Part?

Sylvester Stallone, during an Instagram live session, was asked whether he will reprise as Rocky Balboa’s character in Creed. To this, the actor quickly responded saying that Rocky Balboa’s work in theΒ CreedΒ franchise is done and he won’t be returning.

The original 14:30 min IGTV Video can be found on his Instagram IGTV section. Sylvester Stallone stated that he might not feature in a spin-off film like Creed, but would love to do a sequel for theΒ RockyΒ franchise.


Stallone expressed that he has a couple of ideas for a potentialΒ RockyΒ sequel. Still, he is not sure whether it should be made as it does not include boxing in the ring as much as it should and not confident whether the audience will accept a toned-down version of Rocky Balboa.

Michael B Jordan also expressed his desire to train with Mike Tyson after watching the 54-year-old battle to a thrilling draw against Roy Jones Jr. Michael B Jordan(Black Panther) in the lead role has a similar fanbase and critical fanbase.
