About Sexual Assault
The sexual assault is against the photographer, Jonathan Leder. Actress Nola Palmer back up with her posting a similar allegation as Emily claims.

She wrote,
‘ I have been carrying around the pain and trauma of Jonathan and his abuse for a decade now. I have gone so far as changing my name because in my mind he owned it and I could not look at the name without seeing him.’

Emily discloses all this on the last week personal essay for The Cut, allegedly getting assaulted by Jonathan in 2012 while she shoots in Woodstock, New York.

The memory fresh, as she remembered Jonathan giving her glasses of red wine as he was asking her to wear different lingerie until he asked her to go nude.
Later, she and Ledger sat on the couch, where he forced herself onto her, assaulting her.

Only years later, the actress-turned-model released that the photographer had published a book of risquΓ© photographs, using the picture she had clicked from the unpaid photoshoot. The permission allowed only for magazine use.
Claiming that the actress-turned-model, agent has signed for the use of the picture, the photographer has provided a copy of a release, which granted him the necessary rights.
Emily thanked her fans for their support in an Instagram post.
