Flipkart Is Offering Paid Internship Of 45 Days For Students:Β On Saturday Economic Marketplace Flipkart introduced the paid internship ‘Launchpad.’

Flipkart Undergraduates can take part in the internship with the required skills. Tier-II cities and beyond, such students will get an opportunity to work across essential supply chain functions. That Flipkart facilitates across India.

Thus the program will also help Flipkart to manage its supply logistics chain effectively during the Big Billion Festival sale.

Students Can Expect In Return

As it is already considered above that it is a paid internship So, participating students will be benefiting with a stipend of around Rs 500 per day. Local states and labour laws decide the remuneration. And it can be as high as Rs 600 per day.

The students were furnished with critical skills in supply chain management. They also create an ecosystem of trained professionals for the e-commerce industry. This will generate confidence among students in providing an engaging and immersive working experience.

The program is to shape India’s future workforce in the field of supply chain management. The students will provide various aspects of supply chain management with strict practice. And also create an ecosystem of trained and professional youth.

Flipkart also says that it was working with the educational institutions across 21 locations. It includes Uluberia and Dankuni (West Bengal), Binola (Haryana), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra), and Malur (Karnataka), Medchal (Telangana), etc. To select the meritorious students and engage the students chosen at its fulfilment centres, the Flipkart is doing this.

Lat year program of Big Billion Days internship program saw the participation of over 2,000 students.
