Gareth Bale Leaves For Spurs From Madrid On Loan

Gareth Bale is all set to join Spurs on loan from Real Madrid. Eight years ago, Real signed Bale from Tottenham on a record fee of Β£86 million. Even though he played quite well, it would be a debatable matter as to whether he justified his price tag or not. When Zidane took charge of the team, Bale was not in his favoured list, and he had to sit out on the bench for the most part of the season. Moreover, Bale was very injury prone throughout the eight years and had to miss matches due to it.
