Heidi Klum And Ex-Husband Seal Go Into Legal Banter
Heidi Klum and her ex-husband are locking horns legally which could turn ugly. The two were married for seven years before getting divorced in 2012. They share four kids-Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10. Heidi has to go to Germany for the filming of Germany’s Next Top Model. She wishes to take her kids along to Germany. However, Seal is not sure about this and is yet to make a confirmation without which Heidi cannot take her kids. Seal doesn’t want his kids to go to Europe due to the coronavirus pandemic prevailing across the world.
Heidi Klum Gives Assurance Of Safety And Precautions To Take Kids To Germany
Heidi Klum has filed an emergency hearing in court following Seal’s disapproval of taking kids to Germany. As per the documents submitted in court, she assures that she has every safety and precaution in place to ensure that her kids are safe. She said, “I am well aware of all of the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never put our children at risk — I have taken all the precautions for Germany the same way I do in the United States.”
Heidi Klum Is Willing To Sacrifice Christmas Time With Kids For Germany Outing
Heidi Klum also gave an alternate option where she offered Seal to spend time with kids if he allows her to take them to Germany. As per Heidi’s offer, this year was her time with the kids for Christmas but she is ready to compromise at this point. She said, “I am willing to agree that Henry spends the Christmas break with them again this year so that the children can be with their father during this time if Henry would like this.”
Heidi Klum Asks Seal To Visit Kids In Germany
Heidi Klum also made a point that Seal has a British passport and can visit his kids in Germany if he wants. She said, “Also, as Henry [Seal] has a British passport, he would be able to visit the children while they are in Germany if he wishes to do so.”
