RCB Humiliate KKR In Another IPL 2020 Win
RCB and KKR took the stage for IPL 2020, and people expected a thriller. However, what people saw was RCB, not defeating, but crushing the KKR in every aspect of the game. KKR won the toss and went to bat first. However, what followed for RCB bowling was nothing short of brilliance. The RCB bowlers bowled tight spells and took wickets to restrict KKR to just 84. Mohammad Siraj was the star bowler who bowled two maiden overs and took three wickets for the team. The RCB batsman did not take more than 14 overs to finish off the game.
RCB Has Multiple Plans For IPL 2020
Virat Kohli is naturally happy with how his team is playing. He revealed that the team is working in an organised manner and the credit for that goes to the management. Moreover, he said, “We have a Plan A, we have a Plan B, we have a Plan C. We are here to execute the plans that we have in place. We did a few things at the auction too, which is paying off. You can have all the plans, but you have to have a belief. The management has set in a culture where there is proper planning. It is not random.”
Eoin Morgan Blames Batting For Loss To RCB In IPL 2020
Eoin Morgan was the losing captain who was not thrilled with how his team was humiliated. He blamed the batting for giving away the match to RCB in the initial overs itself. He said, “I think it started with batting. Being four or five down as early as we were is disappointing. RCB bowled well, but we should have countered that better. and with that dew, we probably should have bowled first.”
Eoin Morgan Is Hoping For The Return Of Russell And Narine
Two of KKR’s leading team players are Narina and Russell. Even though the two haven’t performed to their potential, their presence brings a lot of confidence. The two are injured, and Morgan is hoping for them to get fit soon. Moreover, he said, “Hopefully Russell or Narine will be fit and available around the corner. Two guys of that calibre, particularly when they are allrounders, is a big hole. Hopefully, they will be available down the line.”
