SRH Batting Put Up A Respectable Total Against Delhi In IPL 2020
Sunrisers Hyderabad took on Delhi Capitals intending to bag their first win of IPL 2020. Sunrisers set out to bat first, and it looked like they were staring at another defeat as the batsmen failed to impress. Bairstow was the only person who was still in the middle trying to fight for the team and then came Kane Williamson for supporting him. Kane was out of the cricket due to some injury and was coming to bat after a long time. He fired up the SRH batting and took the team to a respectable total of 162.
Delhi Capitals Find Themselves Short In Achieving The Target
Delhi Capitals looked like they were in a comfortable position to win the match as their batsman have always stepped up and batted wonderfully. However, the SRH bowlers showed resistance and started taking wickets regularly, not allowing the batsman to settle. No batsman was remarkably able to stand up for the team as Dhawan was the highest run-scorer for the team with just 34. Delhi had some hope for a win with Pant in the middle, but even that went down when he got out at 28. Eventually, Delhi lost the match by 15 runs.
