Jessica Simpson loves to show off her figure on Instagram. She is no stranger to using Instagram to show off her figure, and she recently took to Instagram to post a picture of her fit body.

The actress and singer, 40, recently took to Instagram to share a picture of her. She has recently gone on a bike ride with her family while rocking a pair of skinny jeans and 5-inch heels.

The post was captioned, “Trying my hardest to feel peaceful riding my 7yr old son’s bike. You can’t see them, but you know I’ve got 5-inch platforms on to reach the pavement for grounding 😜, “.

As a result, after the post, her fans ravished the actress with compliments. One of her commented, “You look amazing,” while another wrote, “You look so good, girl!”. Also, a fan even added, “You look terrific!! An inspiration for this mama to prioritise my clean eating + daily movement!! πŸ’«”.

Earlier this year, the author of ‘Open Book’ showed off her fit body in 14-year old True Religion jeans. In other words, the jeans had been saved for her 40th birthday.

The singer had continuously worked with her trainer Harley Pasternak over the past year. On addition, to walking 14,000 steps a day and maintaining a healthy eating regimen of three meals. Only with two snacks that included a mix of protein, fibre, and fat.

In an interview with E! News, Harley revealed that “Jessica does 45-minute workout sessions three days a week, which include a five- to 10-minute cardio warm-up, 20 to 30 minutes of resistance training and flexibility, and five to 10 minutes of a cardio cool-down.”
