Johnny Depp WINS! Latest Case Gets Postponed As Per His Wish And Against The Will Of Amber Heard!: Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are meeting very regularly nowadays. However, unfortunately, the former couple now meets in court instead of dates. With one case awaiting the result, the two will go against each other in a $50 million defamation case by Johnny against Amber Heard.
Amber had written in an article against Johnny Depp and called herself a victim of domestic abuse. However, Johnny denies it completely. The trials for the case was supposed to happen on January 11, 2021. However, due to the pandemic, it is now postponed to May 3, 2021. Circuit Chief Judge Bruce White said:
“Right now, the Virginia Supreme Court has not authorized us to conduct jury trials.”
Johnny Depp Wins Against Amber Heard For Postponement Of Case
Some days back, Johnny Depp had requested the court to postpone the date of hearing as his shooting for Fantastic Beasts 3 was getting overlapped with the trial dates. However, Amber strongly refuted the request who claimed she had to postpone the date of Aquaman 2 due to the trials. However, in this matter, Johnny had the last laugh as the case eventually got delayed to May due to virus.

Johnny Depp has kept his lips tight-lipped regarding his legal fight with Amber. However, on a rare occasion, he took to Instagram to thank his fans for supporting him. He said:
