Actress Kelly Preston passed away on Sunday morning at the age of 57. She had been fighting a private battle with breast cancer for two years. After Naya Rivera, loss of another famous celebrity has shaken the fans.
Her husband, actor John Travolta informed fans of the sad news through an Instagram post. He wrote that she fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many.
Kelly Preston and John Travolta had been married for almost 29 years and worked together in Battlefield Earth and Old Dogs.

John Travolta posted following on Instagram: “My beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many.”
Travolta also thanked the doctors and nurses who had helped them at the MD Anderson Cancer Center “and all other medical centres”.
“Kelly’s love and life will always be remembered. I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don’t hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal. All my love, JT”.
Her daughter Ella Bley wrote on Instagram: “I have never met anyone as courageous, strong, beautiful and loving as you.”
A family representative told PEOPLE, “Choosing to keep her fight private; she had been undergoing medical treatment for some time, supported by her closest family and friends.”
