Kanye West revealed in his talk with David Letterman a long time back that he was suffering from bipolar disorder. He gave more insight into the mental illness as to what it feels like when you suffer from it. He revealed he felt super paranoid at times and found it difficult to trust other people. In his interview, Kanye said, “What I want to say about the bipolar thing is because it has the word ‘bi’ in it, it has the idea of, like, split personality. Well, that works for me because I’m a Gemini, but when you ramp up, it expresses your personality more.”

As per Kanye’s account, Kim was preparing to fly down to his place with doctors to lock him up. Many news tabloids pointed out that the words spoken and tweeted by Kanye were very impulsive and was because of his bipolar disorder. It is probably true as he deleted the tweets within ten minutes.
Kim Kardashian Asks For Compassion Towards Kanye West
For many days, Kim has not spoken about the controversy surrounding her and her husband. However, she finally expressed her views through an Instagram story where she asked for compassion towards her husband. She also confirmed that the problem was with his bipolar disorder. Kim said, “I kindly ask that the media and public give us the compassion and empathy that is needed so that we can get through this.”
