The New Track By Lana Del Rey
The first song released “Let Me Love You Like a Woman” is from Lana Del Rey’s next album ‘Chemtrails Over the Country Club’. Also, Lana had previously revealed that the record would come out on September 5. Currently, the release date is unknown.
In August, on Instagram Lana teased another piece of new music when she released a snippet of a song titled “Tulsa Jesus Freak”.
The post was tagged to her frequent collaborator Jack Antonoff. Who had previously worked with Lana on her fifth studio album Norman Fucking Rockwell!
Also, in July, Lana released the audiobook version of her new poetry collection Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass, featuring Lana’s narration and music by Antonoff.
Collaboration With Other Stars
Since the release of NFR!, Lana has collaborated with Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande for Charlie’s Angel’s song.
Also, to “Don’t Call Me Angel,” played covers of Joni Mitchell’s “For Free,” Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice” (alongside Joan Baez), Death Cab for Cutie’s “I’ll Follow You Into the Dark,” “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” (with Kacey Musgraves), and more.
At the beginning of the year, Lana also was forced to cancel a scheduled tour of Europe due to illness. Also, she recently contributed to a new version of singer-songwriter Matt Maeson’s 2018 hit single “Hallucinogenics.”
The two even performed together on the song live together at a 2019 concert in Oklahoma City. The Weeknd previewed an unreleased remix of “Money Power Glory, ”, which is a song from Lana’s 2014 album Ultraviolence, in August.
