Madison Beer Celebrates One Year Of No Self-Harm

Madison Beer has achieved a lot of success by now. However, her latest feat is the most special one for her. No, she is not implying about some song that has topped the charts. Her most special achievement is a really personal one. Yesterday, on 26 August, she marked one year of no self-harm. She took to Instagram and Twitter to reveal this to her fans. Her Instagram story read, β€œtw // self-harm, as of today… i am officially one year clean of self-harm. i never thought i’d be able to say this & i am so proud of myself β™‘ it has been an uphill battle, so whether you might b one day, one week, one month, or one year clean – i’m so proud of you.”

No One Knew Of Madison Beer’s Struggle

Madison Beer revealed that her struggle of one year was kept behind the curtains and no one among her friends knew that she was going through this struggle. She said, β€œI’d also like to add… no one around me rIly knew i was struggling when i was. i hid not only my self-harm but my pain from the world.”

Madison Beer Asks People To Reach Out To Their Close Ones

Madison Beer has asked people to closely observe their friends and reach out to them if they feel they are not in their best mental health. Moreover, many people might not be showing their pain and we can never know what their mental state is. She said, β€œplease please please do not ignore the signs if you think someone you know might be struggling. reach out to your friends. u truly never know what goes on behind closed doors.”
