A day after Kanye West confirmed his meeting with Trump’s son-in-law and White House advisor Jared Kushner, Jared has himself come out to talk about the meeting. Just like Kanye, Jared also clarified that the meeting was a friendly discussion and did not have any special agenda per se. He said, “We had a great discussion about a lot of things. He has some great ideas for what he’d like to see happen in the country, and that’s why he has the candidacy that he’s been doing. But again, there’s a lot of issues that the president’s championed that he admires, and it was just great to have a friendly discussion.”

Kanye West tweeted yesterday about his meeting with Jared Kushner. He clarified that there was no alliance and it was a friendly meeting in the end. Kanye even went on to say that he is ready to give an interview with the New York Times to clarify the same. He said, “I’m willing to do a live interview with the New York Times about my meeting with Jared, where we discussed Dr Claude Anderson’s book Powernomics.”
