Wireless Charging
According to the company, the new ‘Warp Charge 30 Wireless’ will be supported in the new OP 8 series. But, unfortunately, previous devices can’t be wirelessly charged as any of them doesn’t support Qi technology. It’s a piece of bad news for those having previous series phones. Competitors-Will It Stand Out?
This lands it into competitions with likes of Mate 30 Pro and Samsung. Mate 30 Pro has a rating of 27W and Samsung can max up to 10-12W. But ‘Warp Charge 30 Wireless’ is rated 30W. The company claims it can charge 0-50% in just 30 mins. As a result of this, we understand what it may be capable of. This may be a new tech for the company, but we may see some interesting things adding up. Mate 30 pro takes around 70 mins to charge the phone completely. So ‘Warp Charge 30 Wireless’ will take much less time due to much more power and efficiency. It may even set new standards as it’s already a breakthrough even before its launch.

Expectations-Will It Is Worth The Hype
With new technology comes new problems. Company CEO said that they faced ‘Heating Issues’. As a result, it’ll come with cooling fans. But still, heating issues may be seen because it was seen previously in many Qi-supported devices. We can’t conclude anything as the device isn’t launched yet. But yes expect it to be working efficiently and be a standout in its segment. So all the One Plus fans down there cheers till 14th April.
