Taylor Swift Cancelled Her Tour For Entire 2020

The world-famous Pop megastar, Taylor Swift has now decided to cancel her entire tour of 2020. This move comes as a response to the spread of the pandemic. We don’t want to take any chances, and neither does Taylor Swift. Swift tweeted on April 17 that she has cancelled all her shows and concerts for 2020 to control the spread of the virus.

In addition to Justin Bieber, Niall Horan and Bad Bunny postponing their tours and events, it looks like Taylor Swift has also made the call to do the same. Taylor was officially supposed to make an appearance at the opening of the SoFi stadium, the new home turf for the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers. If this performance had gone through, then it would’ve made Swift the first woman to unveil an NFL stadium.

But amid the worldwide pandemic, the government for all the countries is actively discouraging public gatherings. “Fighting COVID-19 is an unprecedented challenge for our global community, andΒ the safety and wellbeing of fans shouldΒ always be theΒ top priority.Β Health organizationsΒ and governments around the worldΒ have strongly discouraged large public gatherings for an undetermined period,” Swift’s team said in a statement.
