Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Get In Touch With World Leaders
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are having a good time together during this pandemic. With their child Archie, they have enough and more time to spend time with each other. Moreover, with people not coming out of their house, the two are constantly tuning in to video calls with leaders. Most recently, the two came together for a video call with the leaders of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust. They discussed the digital medium of communication and how it can be used for the betterment of the world in this pandemic situation.
Prince Harry Thinks He Is Too Old In Front Of Technology
The pandemic situation has made it really difficult for the older generation. Suddenly, they had to adapt to the digital medium of communication for their job that included business meetings. With the changing technology, the older generation finds it difficult to understand the technology. Prince Harry feels he belongs to that group. At the age of 35, he feels he is too old to understand all this. He said, “I want to include us, but I already feel as I’m way too old…”
Prince Harry Is Impressed With The Digital Medium
Prince Harry took a moment to appreciate how people are still very much connected and running due to the advancement in technology. The fact that they were all in a video call during this pandemic era is a testimony to Harry’s statement. He said, “I love the fact that you’re all so well connected as well. That’s why this platform was created — to bind you guys together. To use that thinking, that awareness, that self-awareness that you guys have to be able to make the world a better place.”
Prince Harry’s Age Remark Is Not For The First Time
Prince Harry calling himself old is not a novelty. In July, he made a similar remark when he and Meghan attended a video conference with young people of Queen’s Commonwealth Trust. Even though Meghan corrected him that he isn’t old, he still couldn’t help but stick to his words. He said at that time, “Guys, I’m ageing. I’m 35 already.”
