Everybody remembers the movie which is shot in one room. It also has a dead guy in the room. He isn’t dead, but the mastermind of the setup is so. Spiral from the book of saw is an awaited exciting movie.
Then eight more SAW movies came but didn’t hit like the first one. However, now SAW is back with its ninth part called Spiral: From the Book of Saw. Darren Lynn Bousman directs the movie. Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger will be the writers.
The initial release date for the movie is given in October 2020. Later after the change of the time, the film is all set for release on 15th May 2020 in the U.S. But due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the new release date is not yet confirmed.
The cast includes Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, Max Minghella. These will be the three main casts of the movie. In addition to that, Marisol Nichols from Riverdale fame will be playing Captain Angie Garza, Zeke Banks’s boss. We will also see a glimpse of Samuel L. Jackson in the movie.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw Plot:
The plot primarily focusses on Chris Rock and Max Minghella’s detective duo. The reason behind this is that they are trying to figure out the gore cop murders in New York City.
As the trailer didn’t mention any specific details, this is all we know.
While taking a look at the trailer, you may feel it different from the other movie trailers of the same kind. The trailer also has a lot of modern elements. It is set up remotely in comparison to the previous movies.

Detective Ezekiel and his rookie partner work in the shadow of an esteemed police veteran (Samuel L. Jackson). Detective Ezekiel “Zeke” Banks (Chris Rock) and his rookie partner (Max Minghella) take charge of an investigation.
The murders are similar to that of the city’s appalling past. Zeke finds himself at the center of the killer’s morbid game unwittingly entrapped in a deepening mystery.
