Based on the award-winning play “The Audience” by Peter Morgan, The Crown is one of the most-watched historical shows on Netflix. The original drama series portrays the life of Queen Elizabeth II. Played By Claire Foy, the show highlights the journey of the Queen from the 1940s right up to the modern times. The Crown depicts the Queen’s reign after the events of World War II. We are to The Crown Season 4.
The first two seasons gives the viewers an inside look at the Queen’s reign. All three seasons have been an enormous success so far. With Rotten Tomatoes grading them at 89%, the show has been liked and followed regularly by 95% of its viewers. Netflix has confirmed the fourth season, which is expected to hit Netflix soon.
It has been reported that the filming for the show is still on. Despite the pandemic, Deadline has stated that the show is in its final week of filming. There has been no official announcement from Netflix as of now. But the new Season is most likely to premiere at the year somewhere around November and December.

The Crown Season 4: Plot
The third season has left the fans with several conspiracies. The fourth Season will undoubtedly lay down several theories for every plot. The fourth season is likely to pick up the show from the year 1977. All the events between 1977 to 1990 period to be showcased in the 4th Season.
The first spotlight on the relationship shared by the Queen and Margaret Thatcher, the late Prime Minister. Michael Fagan, the intruder famous for breaking into the Buckingham Palace and entering the Queen’s bedroom, is set to make an appearance. In addition to this, the show makers have revealed that the new season will put a completely different side of Prince Charles on display.
The events that occurred apartheid strike in South Africa in the year 1984-85 may well be a part of the new Season. Along with this, the fans can also expect to see the Color Trooping ceremony where the Queen was discharged with six shots by Marcus Simon Sarjeant.
