After renting the place, he moved his family to the Davis Islands. The home got built on a 22,000 square feet heated, and nearly 33,000 overall.
The luxury home features two boat lifts providing access to Tampa Bay, a billiards room that wraps around a pool. Also, there are seven-bedroom, nine bathrooms and an entertainment room.
According to some rumours, Bardy already knew that the house would be upon sale before renting it.
Derek Jeter’s Home Hits The Market
On Tuesday according to reports from the New York Times, Derek Jeter put his home on the market with a price of $29 million.
Stephen Gay, the listing agent, told that “This is the most impressive home ever to hit the market in the Tampa Bay area.”
Buster Olney also took to his twitter to share the news of Derek Jeter’s Home hitting the market. If anyone interested in the value: The estimated cost, per Hillsborough County tax records (which tend to be conservative), is $14,020,436. The 2019 tax bill — after the homestead exemption — was $226,751.78.
